This new office administers and enforces a Code of Ethics for Public Officials and a Code of Ethics for Lobbyists. Includes compiled reports with lists of registered lobbyists and advisory opinions from the former State Ethics Commission.

Created to ensure the integrity of the state’s electoral process.
Reviews, investigates and adjudicates attorney ethics matters.
